Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and exclude holidays. Please keep in mind that the day that your order is packed and shipped does not count as a day in transit.
DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR STATUTORY HOLIDAYS.
Please note, your order may be canceled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out, in such cases, a refund will be issued.
Processing time takes 7 to 10 business days from order date. This does not include weekends or holidays. Processing time is different from shipping time. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at check-out. On average, packages should arrive within 3 to 5 days excluding Sundays.
We ship via Canada Post.
